Default Tial BOV 9psi or 11psi spring?

Which spring do I need and what is the difference? Dont understand the theory in the different springs.

I have a 01 WS6 installing STS kit with 60-1 and a TRT FMIC kit. TRT sent me a 11psi BOV and in the STS kit I got a 9psi BOV. I know 2 are not needed which one should I use for my kit and FMIC. Goal is to boost and tune around 7 to 8 psi max.

what spring you need depends on the amount of vaccum ur car is pulling.... if you engine is stock, i believe you will want the 11psi spring... However, if you have a larger cam, or something that will decrease the amount of vaccum the engine pulls, then you will want the 9psi spring

Stock cam pulls about 21-22" at idle and the 11psi worked great for me. I put in the z06 cam which pulls a little less vacuum and I had to trim the spring 1 and a half coils.
