What PCM and Harness for the new LS2 Crate????
I am putting a new crate LS2 in a 1985 Vette. I wanted to keep it all GM parts. However, I am coming up dry on the appropriate PCM and harness to run with a 4L60E.
The GMperformance website and description under the motors only notes it is not compatible with the older version harness/PCM due to the 58 ??? reluctor wheel???
Anybody familure with this?

I believe they're referencing the 58 or 24 tooth crank. The crank you have will decide what crank sensor you need (obviously), and that drives what harness you use. You're best bet is to find out what crank is in the block and have a harness made with the appropriate sensor.

LS2 crate
When I bought my LS2 this was the current infomation, not sure if it's changed.
There are two crank sensors, black and light grey. It is located on front side of fly wheel just above the starter on the passenger side. The color of this sensor will determine your harness. Speartech is where I got mine, drive by-wire throttle pedal and all. I am very satisfied.

There are actually 3 colors for the crank sensor, but 2 of them are the same; I can't find my notes on which is which. All I remember is my LS2 had the black one and I'm using an '04 GTO PCM for the manual throttle body. I had a harness made for everything from Fuel Injection Specialties in San Antonio, TX... very knowledgable shop on this stuff.
