Brake pad swap, brakes clicking during hard braking
I recently did a brake pad swap on all four corners. I also recently installed a Ford 9" rear that got rid of my rear ABS.
Two questions
1. Does unplugging the rear ABS mean the front ABS will not work?
2. After the brake pad swap, I get a clicking sound from the front end during medium to hard braking that I feel in the brake pedal. What is this?
I pulled both front wheels and calipers today and double checked to make sure everything was tight and in place. It's a "click click" sound probably a couple times a second during hard braking. It almost reminds me of what the ABS used to sound like when it kicked in. I dunno.
