Default Stock car tune

Would a PCM tune make a difference on a bone stock 95 Z28? If so, how much difference?

My experience is not generally.

the only thing a tune would do for you would be the ability to change fan temps, erase speed limiters and move the rev limit up very slightly.

At least that is what the horribly expensive old Hypertech tunes did. They claimed gains, but I think the gains were well within the dyno noise.

I wouldn't invest in that old of a platform. Keep it stock. It is 12 years old. Maybe get a second hand tuning package.
