Default Where to buy main caps?

I am going to be having a 413 ci LS2 built, and Im just running through all of the parts I might need to purchase and what I can expect to pay. When you order an LS2 block does it come with main caps already bolted on. If not where is a good place to pick up a set of main caps. I dont want to have to pay $500 for billet steel main caps. Any options and approximate cost that I can expect would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, all new GM blocks come with main caps installed.
Most people will run ARP main studs which will require
the block to be line honed.

At what point would a person want to think about using aftermarket steel main caps? Those suckers are expensive!!

Big Power!!!

It seems that big horspower builds (over 1k and up) usually
get the upgraded caps.
The stockers can live with a good tune though.
The stock caps can split under heavy detonation so usually the
big budget motors will upgrade for added insurance.
ARP studs are required at this kind of power of course.
I hope mine will be ok!

I would start looking into the steel caps at about 800 rwhp.

Has anybody seen a cap fail? Would the bearings fail first? I've had some stock forged caps dowelled as a precaution but haven't heard of a cap failure.
