Default Windshield Wiper Help!!

Ok, I'm looking at buying a WS6 here in a few days. One thing that I noticed about it was that the windshield wiper blades don't sit all the way down. What causes this? Is it because the motor is broken?

They don't sit all the way down while they're engaged, even when they come down for rest. When they're off, they should be completely down. Kinda lame, but no big deal.

The windshield has most likely been replaced and the installer didn't properly put the arms back in their proper parked position. It's not a hard thing to pop them off and move them a spline or two to get them back to where they should be. I believe they have a pop of cover on the base of the arm and a 10mm nut holding them on. It's been a few years since I had my windshield replaced.
