Default Is the HOT CAM a good choice for me?

I have a 99 A4 with K&N cold air, flowmaster muffler, home ported TB/MAF, no tuning. I plan on doing heads in the next year or so. I dynoed at 334rwhp, been 12.54 in a 1/4 at 115 mph on a 150 nos dry kit. Would the hot cam be a good choice for me, I want a radical or rough idle

I think I have a 3.42 rear, plans for a 3.73 or 4.10
