anyone else playing with tuning LT1 ?
I recently bought Tuner cats, and a cable...been playing for about a week now. Seems to work well. Anyone else playing with this sort of thing ? I'd like to bounce some ideas and settings back and forth. I'm pretty savey with old school tuning (non computer cars) - and know just enough computer stuff to handle the interface side...but I'm kind of in new territory combining them both into tuning an ECM.

Where you are in Oregon, send a PM to tjwong. He is a great tuner and has done work on my LT1. Another great tuner is TwoFast4Lv. I have been using TunerCat since 1999 and have not had any troubles with it.

I'm not having any trouble at all...just trying to make improvements to the settings without screwing anything up (like to much timing, or not enough fuel etc.) Software and hardware are all working great.
I'm southeast of portland - out in the Colton/Estacada area.

Tom Wong (tjwong) can help you with that information. He has a lot of experience tuning with LT1's and LS1's. He lives in Portland somewhere around the Mall 205 area, but has a shop over here in Vancouver. Send him a PM.
