Ok, so I flipped the set screw around and I used HP tuners to zero out the throttle blade, my IAC counts are in the low 30-40s at idle but I am still getting a 0121 code. Should I lower the bump stop a little to get the IAC a little more active in the process. I thought lower IAC's are good.
P.S. idle is set to 900

you'll probably need to just disable or tweak the p0121 tests under engine diagnostics.

Low IAC counts are good. Ideally, you should be able to disconnect the IAC motor and still have the car idle. The IAC motor should be used to stabilize the idle, not keep it alive.

ok, I am getting 0.78 volts at 0% TPS, and It will only go to 99% at 4.8 volts, any ideas (turned off code 0121)

Your voltages are too high.
