I can wax new paint with Zaino, i had a rear qtr panel replaced and it is now time for my seasonal Zaino coat. Will it harm the new paint or can i apply with no worries?

I have heard 3-6 months before you can apply a coat of wax on a new coat of paint

Wait 90 days on new paint before applying anything.

This is the gospel all of us collision repair guys preach to customers..

The paint needs at least this much time to breathe, before it gets sealed up.

You can use glaze on it though, to make it look nice but it has no protection.

Honestly I would call whoever painted your car. I thought the 3-6 month thing but when I had my car fixed from a fender bender I knew the guy who owned the body shop and he told me I could put whatever wax or polish on it whenever I wanted. He stressed that it would be 110% alright and that paint technology the way they heat it and such required no "drying" time to dry completely though. Now if you take it to a meico or peaches or something it will probally need a month or two, but if its a quality shop it shouldnt need any time
