Scott AFB O.k. who is from there F-Bod wise. I am from West Central Illinois so I am going home but it has been 20 years since I have lived there. I am Army going to DISA CONUS. What is the on base housing like and what about off-post housing prices for a 4 bedroom with a large garage?

What kind of action do you guys have in Illinois or do you go over to St. Louis? Is there any decent LS1 shops in the area. I know Speed inc is up in Chi-town but that is a haul. BTW anywhere to start shopping for a furnished apartment?
