Fans not coming on ? :( Help !!!

Fans not coming on ? :( Help !!! The fans on my 94 Camaro do run physically on a switch, but I installed the switch because I was told I had a bad computer. Well, one year down the road, I replaced the computer (Today), the fans still didn't come on automatically so I still have to use the switch. Checked the relays, the fans like I said do physically work. What the problem could be?

The FIRST thing I would've done is replaced that sensor! (Engine Coolant Temp if that helps). Then the relay, but I think you still use that with a switch, yes?
