Default Miss under load when the car is cold

Well when I first start up my car it misses when its cold under load, and when its warm the power isn't linear, when I'm at 1/4-1/2 pedal for example it feels like v-tec kicks in at 3500 RPM's. I just replaced the cap/rotor with an msd cap and rotor, so its not the opti. I'm thinking coil or ICM. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions? Here's a pic of the dyno graph to show the power drop off. I think it got worse too because I only trapped 116 at the track tonight, and I did 118 before the day after the dyno, and 118 before the new heads.
