Question need spring/strut help

Had an accident and ended up replacing the whole front end with UMI everything. I have Koni SA's and SLp pro-rate springs.

Now I know the UMI k-member is lighter than the factory but that much oighter to make my car feel sproingy in the front end? Use to be the front end stayed glued down but now it seems to be really springy.

Questions is: is it because of the lighter k-member and a-arms or are the struts blown out form the crash. It was a heavy under carriage type of impact on the front end. OR is it because the springs are for a heavier setup?

Handles awesome, have the alignmnt set at -1.2 camber 0 toe +2.5 caster I think. Turns in the corners at a touch of the wheel.

That's a low caster number.
It should be at least +4.5

Instead of re-typing, here is a FAQ on alignment:

Can you ask the guy why he didn't recommend +4.5?

I think he said soemthing about wear on the outside edge or weight or something. Can't remember. It was a performance shop who has dealt with f1 type race cars so I really don't know why he balked on it. I gave him the body shop -1.5 camber , 0 toe and +4.5 for specs but the alignment shop guy called and backed the camber and the caster down to -1.2 and I think +2.5 for caster or maybe 3.5, not really sure at this point. It handles great but just seems to be real light in the front end, or jumpy. Sproingy describes it. Maybe its just the new weight reduction?
