I bought an Actron for like $225 I think. Reads everything (GM, Ford, Dodge - even a few forein cars). I think it is very handy. Mine was a kit type that has all the different cables to hook to the various brands. Got mine off E-bay - best price I could find. Type in OBDI or OBDII scanner - should give you a good selection. Then go to manufacturer home page to see the full scoop on each one. The Actron one is nice, and easy to use. I'm happy with it.
