Default New brakes on, Brembo blanks w/ Hawk HP Plus

Well, here's my review. It stops amazingly soo much better then my fucked up stock brakes. I went from stock (warped + cracked) rotors with stock pads to Brembo blanks and Hawk HP Plus pads, along with ATE Super Blue fluid. This car is not a daily driver, so I'm not concerned about pad life. Every time I drive the car, it's to race it, so I wanted something that will help me slow down at 100+ mph quickly. Some people talk about squealing with these pads, whenever I brake normally I hear nothing, whenever I brake hard sometimes I hear a small squeal but nothing that bothers me. You have to make sure you have your seat belt on at all times whenever you brake hard because it throws you forward

Here's a picture of 1 of my old front rotors

Sounds good...Lets see some pics though

Oh and many of the worlds' fastest race cars have brakes that squeek so there is no need to be bothered by it! Including our brethren in my sig!!

I went from stock rotors/pads to HPS pads and Brembo blanks, and I only wish I had done it sooner. Haven't had a squeak out of them yet.

I just recently upgraded from a stock brake setup to Brembo blanks + HPS pads. What a difference! Mine squeak like hell though. Turn the music up and you'd never know though.

Does anyone have a comparison between the HP+ and the HPS's?

Mine are going on right now. Brembos and Hawk HPS, with Superblue fluid. Have badly warped stock rotors, OEM pads, and fluid. I can't wait to feel the difference.

I did exactly that + stainless brake lines, the difference is unbelievable, you'll love it.
