Default blow off valve

installed a blow-off valve.why is there two vacuum hook-ups? the original vortech kit only has one on the bosh style by-pass. and whichway do u turn the adjustment to go up/down

I've seen something like that before online. I think it might be so you can recirculate the excess pressure into the intake manifold. I don't really know why you would want to do that if you're letting off the gas in the first place...I think some factory turbo cars do it so it doesn't vent to atmosphere.

they dont vent into the manifold, they vent into the maf, so you dont run ultra rich when you bleed off previously metered air...but i dont know if that is what the second vaccume port is for.
