Red Color Firebird Formula Foglights?

Does Anybody Know Were Or What My Brother Can Do To Get His Foglights To Be Red In Color But Still Be Functional When On.

Red lights on the front of a car are illegal. You will get pulled over immediately.

The popo will be one you in seconds...however if you use them at the track or shows that would be ok. I have seen different color lens covers that pop on and off on Ebay...they had red.

Whats strange is i see a red pickup truck driving around with red DRLs that are pretty dang bright too. Im surprised he hasn't gotten **** from the popo yet.

theres a company that makes perferetated vinyl stickers for the front headlights of bikes so it appears covered but still allows light to go through unaltered, so it wont acttualy give it a red coloring
