Default LCA reloc. Brackets... Necessary?

I am about to order some rear suspension parts from UMI. Adjustable LCAs and adjustable Panhard Rod. However, I am unsure If I should buy the LCA relocation brackets. I am lowered with a Prokit and Bilsteins and I rarely go to the strip, I just want a nice handling car. Will relocation brackets do anything for handling? Or are they mainly for straight line traction?

Yes they are necessary since you are lowered. I'm hoping you have an adjustable panhard bar as well.

p.s. That quote in your sig is the best quote ever.

For best handling you want the LCA's mostly parallel to the ground. When you want better traction from a stop, a downward angle helps and that is when relocation brackets help.

ok thanks. I think I'm just going to order LCAs and no relocation brackets, for now. And I dont have an adjustable PHR, But I'm getting one. I didnt need to do ANY modifications to my car for the 18x10.5s to fit. And the rear already seems pretty centered, But I'm getting one anyway.

Yeah you can always change the angle of the LCA any time depending on what you are doing so no it will not hurt to have them.
