Default headlight problem

Once I turn my headlights on they are fine till around 15 mins or so. they just flicker on and off a couple of times and they go off completely. I ve already changed the dimmer switch and checks all ovious grounds. and other suggestions? i wanna go to teh car show this weekend but without any head lights it might be a problem.

Once they go out can you toggle them back on or are they unusable for a certain amount of time?

Is there a breaker to that circuit? (was that too obvious and I now look silly?)
That's what it sounds like. I dunno
