Default Search Down, 799 casting/243 casting/6.0L 317...?

So are the 799 casting heads the same as the 243 casting? What about the 6.0L 317, will they fit an LS1?

I found some for sale:

1) "799 (same as 243) small chamber, A105 and A125 casting 2005 model"
... used with under 2K miles, fully assembled.. 399$

2) "799 (same as 243), small chamber, H214 and B175 casting, 2005 model"
... used with under 10K miles, fully assembled.. 399$

3) "Casting number 317, 71 cc chamber, J014 & J214 casting, 2005 model"
... used with under 10k miles, fully asembled.. 325$

4) "Casting number 317, 71 cc chamber, D225 casting, late 2005 model"
... used with under 3K miles, fully assembled.. 325$

Are any of these a good option for my 2000 LS1? I would keep reuse the rockers and valves but get Patriot Gold Dual Valvesprings.

Not used, NO...
Patriot can get a brand new set of 243s for real cheap...

what about wether or not these heads will fit?.. I know patriot has them but how cheap? I was considering these because they come with rockers which I'm sure are much better/better condition than my stock ones. I can have these heads cleaned up real well pretty cheap.

I am open to other options within my budget but I would like to know wether these are the right casting #'s for my LS1.
