Questions on stock clutch

Questions on stock clutch I feel like my clutch questions are getting repetitive but my search isnt working and i havent received strait answers...so...
1. The stock LS1 clutch holds 400hp... is this at the clutch or flywheel?
2. Where is the best (cheapest) place to buy a stock replacement?
3. Autozone had a stock ls1 clutch package with everything but the master for $385. Is this the same quality clutch i would get from gm or is it some off brand crap?

3. Its probably a LUK clutch, they are decent.
