Default 6.0L NV4500 bellhousing dimensions?

Does anyone here happen to have a factory 6.0L NV4500 bellhousing kicking around, or happen to know the dimensions? I'm trying to decide if I am good to go using an older NV4500 bellhousing with my engine rather than buying the 500 dollar bell new from GM...

Thanks!

Russ

Try http://www.advanceadapters.com/ or http://www.pirate4x4.com/
I've done a few swaps in jeeps, straight axle deals, t.b.i. and what not. Tons of info for that kinda stuff.

Sorry, I don't have a bellhousing or the dimensions you're looking for.

But before you drop a wad of money at the stealership, search the salvage yards. Somebody's got to have one, and I'm sure it'd be less than the dealer wants for it.

Check out Car-Part.com, its a salvage yard search engine. Not every yard participates, but there are a bunch there. Check the midwest for good prices (Ohio seems to be pretty competitive) and don't be afraid to ship stuff. You can score pretty good deals that way. For example, I shipped a LQ4 & 4L80E in 2 seperate crates (which weighed about 1,000lbs total) from Rhode Island to Maryland for $140 and saved myself at least $1500 over local salvage yard prices.

Trust me, I've done some major searching to try and find one of these bells, the nearest one that GM could find was down in Montana, lol

Keep in mind that I'm Canadian, so parts arn't always so easy / cheap to ship
