Default TH400 at 210*...any damage??

I got a little caught up in the moment doing some racing this weekend. I did a pretty long high rpm burnout and I noticed a squeeling noise. I haven't inspected anything yet but I did notice my tranny temp was at 210* Could I have hurt something in the tranny? What could have been squeeling(assuming it was coming from the tranny) Should I change the fluid? Thanks for any help or ideas.
