Default Price quote for a heads/cam/longtube install?

I am going to install a heads/cam/fast90/90/long tube package (have it installed rather).

What is a good quote for labor on something like this?

That's not bad. Not sure about your rates in Orlando, but assuming they are about the same as Dallas. Header install can run $2-250, FAST 90 install about the same and $5-600 for Heads/cam install is about right. Assuming roughly $75/hr rates. Somewhere around $1000 is pretty close. $1200 may be a bit much, but definitely not if that includes tuning.

Sure it can be done cheaper, but it can cost you more too. If you are comfortable with the shop, that's not a bad price.
