As some of you know... im building a house Soon... help! since you guys have a lot of time... help me out with this!

Im in the process of building a home in a lot we own here in San Diego... there is already a house in the front, but this one will face the alley, these are what's left of the choices I have been given... which ones do you guys like? I would love to have a 3 car garage... but it's not gonna happen , im limited to 40 ft wide (at most) and at most 65 ft. deep, here are some designs, which ones are your favorite? Got any other designs that will fit the lot? Thanks all!! Pm me your response since this Train will fly by tooo fast!

#5. Bonus room puts it over the top. Pool table, media room, potential fourth bedroom.
I don't care for the manufactured home look though.
I'd have chosen a couple of the others if they would have added a room over the garage. What a waste, you already have the garage footprint, but don't build above it. Just my opinion.
