I am having a hard time finding what I need. Looking for an acre or 2 with no deed restrictions and preferably in collin county, or a small city with no restrictions. Reason; I am going to build a shop on it (metal building) and most tracts you find are attached to a deed restriction that says you have to build a home. Most cities are going to a partial or full masonry covering, even if you meet the qualifications of the deed or zoning. Looking for close proximity to wylie, allen, murphy, parker, garland, etc. I know its a long shot, but if you, your family, or friends have anything that fits that criteria, please let me know. Real estate agents have been a joke, and I would rather just buy direct from the seller anyways.
