Default I have a quiet valvetrain!!!

Just got the car back from Outlaw Motorsports tonight. I noticed 2 things on the start-up. An insane cold idle lope from this cam, and a valvetrain quieter than my stock one! LS7 lifters are no joke! Those, 7.400 chromoly pushrods, patriot dual springs, and my intake lobe is a measured 228.7 with .644 lift! 64cc LS6 heads, stock gaskets.. NO sewing machine noise!

Just passing this along for those who want a quiet valvetrain.. and of course credit to Tony at Outlaw!

Good Job. I'm glad to hear everything went good with you setup, and even more that you are satisfied with it now post up some numbers.

I'll get it on the dyno, right after I replace this stock clutch!

I'll second that. Using stock lifters on my old GTP setup I had horrible sewing machine noise with the correct length pushrods. My new TSP setup with the LS7 lifters is VERY quiet - stock type quiet!
