Where to get high grit sandpaper? 1000+?

Where to get high grit sandpaper? 1000+? Where can I get sandpaper that is in the 1000-4000 grit range? Can't seem to find it at just Loewes or Home Depot. Do I need to go to a specialty store or order it online?

Check you local auto body supplier, most automotive paint stores will have what you need. If you can find one call a local auto body shop and see where they buy there supplies.
FWIW when buying that fine of grit paper buy the good stuff, don't go cheap.
