got a ticket need advice!!!! ok i didnt get the ticket my bestfriend got it, so i'm posting this for him. he was pulled over for no front plate the cop gave him a warning for the plate but got a ticket for no muffler. he owns a 06 dodge diesel. now i know you can get a noise violation for being to loud but he was stoped. isn't there a law where diesel trucks dont have to have mufflers or something? you dont have to have them for inspection so why should you need them for anything else? any advice?
