Parts Catalog
I've got a parts catalog for the 92-02 Firebird that has been scanned into Adobe. I would like to find away to make this avaiable to everyone who may need it. I have one problem the file is super large and I do not have any way to host the file or anything of the sort. Anyone have any suggestions or know on how we could make this avaiable to ls1tech?
Oh the file size is approx. 614,800kb.

yousendit.com
You can upload it there, otherwise the Mods might be able to host it on here.
Or you can contact shoebox and or project trans am and they can host it on their websites

or
www.projecttransam.com/
I wouldnt mind having a copy of that though

You have an email that'll accept a 600mb file? Most of what I've seen limit it, even I think your ISP assigned one :\
Wish I could remember the name of this site that I think would allow a file that big. I just googled quick, and I think this site is free and allows a max file size of 1.5gb for free users, and a life span of 25days. http://www.megashares.com/

I got an idea,
go to yousendit.com, then upload the file, then it will give you a link to download the file, you can post the link on here and everyone that wants it can click and download.

I have a feeling it might already be compressed. Most of those are already pictures, and I'm sure they are already in a compressed format to fit on a CD. The only other portion that could still be compressed is the text. The most I could see being saved by compressing it all, would be 100mb.
To help any people w/o fast internet, you could use WinRAR and split it into segments. That would also allow you to upload it to other places. Say, split it into 50mb segments. For us who download fast, the only hindrance is that we have to click a few more times

Captainofiron I emailed you part one now and i will do parts two and three later. Let me know if it works when you get the chance. And if I don't get back with anyone for a few days is because i am leaving for DC tomorrow and won't get back until Tuesday night.
It takes 25mins to upload so this may take much longer than i thought.

Just thinking, anyone well versed in the art of webpages??? I would be willing to get a domain name and all that crap just to host this stuff, (it wouldn't be just the single parts catalog i've got other ideas for info for a page like that). Just an Idea, but I don't know a thing about web pages and the like.
