UMI Shock Tower Brace's
Looking to buy an UMI Shock Tower Brace soon and am looking for some basic information about them/install and which one to buy? There is a Chrome Moly one for $100 and a DOM mild steel tubing for $90. Which one would be stronger and most beneficial besides the fact they both do the same thing? Thanks for the .02!

i personaly would use the chromoly one the prices are 79.99 for the mild steel version
and 99.99 for the chromemoly version is a 1/2 pound less in weight only because the wall is thiner by .012" thus making it lighter.

I personally don't.

I've got the regular mild steel one, and it fits well. Have no idea how much it helped if at all (I hear they aren't really necessary on these cars) because I installed it with a couple other pieces, but it was a nice touch in the looks of the engine bay. Unfortunately, it makes it hard to pull my fuel rails and such now.
