I recently hit 11's but was wondering if my 3.23's are holding me back from better numbers..any input would help, thanks

i don't think you'll gain more than .3 by going w/ a 4.10 from a 3.23.... so if going with that steep of a gear doesn't affect you, then i'd do it... but is .2-.3 really holding you back all that much?

i'm staying with my 3.23 gears until i have enough to to buy a 12 bolt... which will probably be a very long time.

well at 113mph with a 26" tire your still in 3rd at 4700 rpm

3.73 would help maby even a lil steeper 3.90? and if you have a raised rev limiter with a 4.10 at 6500 in 3rd you could trap up to 123

i would only go as low (numerically higher) as 3.73's cuz i cant see anything else as being streetable..so if i dont go with gears, what else could i do besides heads etc..

You could do a little weight reduction. Since it's seems you are happy with the performance of your car now, you can still get faster by losing some weight of the car without touching the motor at all. Lt. weight battery,k-member , skinnies , remove front sway bar , and maybe even taking the passenger seat out for the heck of it !!

yea but by the time and cost of doing all that weight reduction.. i might as well have got a sick pair of heads, i duno i think i'm gunna go with the gears
