Need atap help: 02's read 0, timing is 4.5, and... this is for a friends car... he has a 224 cam and small stall but his ataps look like hell!

Why would the 02's just come up as 0? Im sure the timing comes way down cause the car has no clue whats going on? There is some knock but no more than 4degrees, one run didnt have any and still read those same numbers!
