Default Axle Shifting?

I got into an accident a while back and noticed that when my car is on a life the left rear tire is on the bump stop... Enough to were i cant spin the tire.

When its on the ground it sits just fine.

As best as the eye could see nothing is bent (but i havent taken any of it off)

By the marks the rear axle shifted about .5'' to the right...

how would i fix this?

same size tires but it never used to hit the bump stomp when on the lift...

Should I try to get an adj. panhard bar to push the tire out a bit?
