car shakes after WOT (especially when cold)
i've been searching. mostly people said that something's loose up front. but i'm worried about the A4 tranny.
when i WOT in OD doing 70mph or so to get it to drop to 2nd.....it starts to shake like i just went on a dirt road. steering wheel and car vibrates and shakes. so i get scared and ease off. about after 2 miles cruising at 60mph it calms down and drives normally.
when it's cold out, this shaking easily happens with just going from a stop too fast.
tires are fairly new, balanced and car aligned last year (no curb hit or anything since).
also noticing that making a sharp turn fast, the rear wants to hop a bit and vibrates.

not sure, but locking up does sound like it.

you think it's the motor mounts? how about the rearend? never had DRs nor slicks. pretty stock.
i'm not feeling any power loss. and the A4 shifts fine.
