Default clutch master cylinder install question

do i have to crack the bleeder on the slave to re-install the quick connect line? if so, will it start shooting fluid out immediately after it is connected?

btw, i have the gm master which is already bench bled.

many thanks,
Josh

I am pretty sure you need to have the bleeder open when you put the line in and make sure it goes all the way in .I thought mine went in at first but it wasn't and pedal wouldn't go to the floor.
As for leaking out right away would think it would start coming out. After all that is how you gravity bleed it .Just open bleeder.

so will i have enough time to connect the quickconnect and then tighten the bleeder before the fluid in the reservoir goes down.

I didn't have to open the bleeder to hook mine back up.
