Default 11s in the new toy

Guess this is kinda old news...oh well

A couple friday's ago I took the car out to the local track and cracked the 11s. Best previous was a 12.0 @ 115 in 38* air back in February. Since then I'd changed the rearend from a 2.73 to a 3.42, added 37 lb injectors, had the car tuned, removed the front swaybar, and ran on prostars with 275/50 MT radials rather than the stock rims with 16" MT radials (from previous 12.0 pass).

1st pass was a 11.92@115.4 w/ a 1.89 60'
2nd pass was a 11.86@115.6 w/ a 1.84 60'
made some in between runs and ran this same time twice more
Best pass was the one in the sig, 11.82@115.8 w/ a 1.76 60'

The car seemed to be deadhooking, and felt like it was 60' better than it was. Oh well, the numbers don't lie...damn 3500 converter.
Considering it was pretty humid that night (rained that week before) and about 76* out, I'm pretty happy with the results.
If anyones wondering the car weighed 3475 with me in it with a lil more than 1/4 tank of gas in it, and made 421rwhp/377rwtq
I wanna add some LCA relocation brackets, QA1s up front, and bring the comp. eng drag shocks in the rear to the 50/50 setting (they're at 60/40 now) and see if I can crack the 1.6x 60' mark. If this thing will 60' I don't see why it couldn't go 11.5x in better air. Hopefully get some squeezer on it by fall/winter this year and go some 10s!
