cam/intake/head swap missfire

cam/intake/head swap missfire i used hptuners and its reading missfiring on all cylinders then it stops to 0 then it starts up again. pulled all 8 plugs and 7 of them are white and one is black. the black one is missing the most any ideas?

oh and i dont got egr/air/and i deleted the rear o2s if that helps. oh and put 02 stock injectors in it the 28lbs
