Click, no start....even w/ full voltage

Click, no start....even w/ full voltage I've been fighting a current draw that leaves the battery dead after approx 48hrs. However today the system was fully charged, and initially started right up. Once shut down, no start.......just click
I tried jump starting the car.....nothing, just click. I checked voltage and I was still reading 15.xx volts everywhere I checked.
I'm looking for suggestions for where to look next. without having to physically get to the starter
