Default Fast 90 & LS2 TB Upside down?

I am running a TNT kit on my car and am thinking of buying a FAST 90 and LS2 TB. Can I mount the LS2 TB upside down so i don't have to relocate my noids? After comparing the stocker to the LS2, the LS2 opens in the opposite direction if mounted right side up, which would even make more sense to mount it upside down. all i would need to do is get some spacers for the power stearing res. Any opinions or expirience?

The blade is pretty centered(may even be perfectly centered) in the housing and bolt partern for the intake so it wouldnt be an issue. The TB doesnt know which is up or down anyway , you just need to make sure the housing doesnt get in the way of anything mounting it upside down...like you said about the power steering...
