Moving to gainesville??? Due to job changes i need to sell my condo. It is in a great part of gainesville. It is central located and is close to both UF and Santa fe CC. Shopping is close by (publix-0.7 miles, gainesville health and fitness center, 300yards, oaks mall is 7miles) It has hardwood floors throughout the condo. Hartco/bruce hardwood floors 5/8th thick with a 25 year warrenty. 5 inch baseboards. Tile in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room.
