Fuel Cell shows 15 always..instead of 22.....wtf?

Fuel Cell shows 15 always..instead of 22.....wtf? Up till now I have seen fuel cell at 15 on occasion at WOT...typically during a shift. Made a run this evening to just check things out and made a bunch of WOT bursts... came back to look it over and see mostly 15's....and only a few showing 22. This is a first....any idea why the pcm would do this? Car runs strong and shows no codes.

Re: Fuel Cell shows 15 always..instead of 22.....wtf? My truck is the same way. It does it with stock tuning, HPP3 tune, and my Magnacharger tune.
