I doubt there is a difference, but I myself would like the same casting numbers to be sure. Depends on you really. Some guys are real picky and want everything matching, and some wouldn't care as long as the product works correctly.
I would call the supplier and see why your recieved 2 different casting numberd heads and see if they can exchange one for you if thats what you want to do.

GM High tech did an article on a set of heads going into a CETA and explained the difference in the casting. They did not go over flow numbers but showed how one set was smoother then the other. Is that the case for you when you look at the ports?
