What heads with Spray (5.3 vs. LS6)

What heads with Spray (5.3 vs. LS6) Ive been looking at getting either the PRC stage 2.5 5.3l heads or the PRC stage 2.5 LS6 heads. I also want to run 150 wet shot on top of this. What head would work better? Would the higher compression of the 5.3l cause issues with the nitrous?
