Default Any cons of deleting PCV system?

At high rpms, im blowing some oil out of my exhaust. Running cam, headers, ory, exhaust.

I think it is just due to the stock pcv system that everyone has issues with.

What exactly does this system do and is there any problem with just deleting it?

I know one issue with it is venting oil residue into your engine bay
