For autocross you will want rod ends on both ends. Below is the item I would recommend, if you have any questions please ask and I will be glad to help.

Are the Rod-Ends on the above Bar sealed? I think that LG motors offers one that has dust protected Rod ends to extend the life of the metal-metal bearings...

The rod-ends are teflon-lined and the little seals do little to nothing to help the life--I just had to send a couple of new ends to a customer w/an LG bar last week.

What are the pros/cons of an adjustable PHR with rod ends on both ends? i know this is considered a race version but why? The only negative Ive heard is more noise. Same question for the LCAs as well

2. More noise (subjective)
3. Harsher ride (subjective)
Most people can't tolerate the noise or the harsh ride rod-ended components provide. I couldn't take the extra noise while my car was daily driven, but now that it is only my weekend toy, I'm going back to rod-ended components.

I have the 169.99 as stated. I can't tell any more noise or harshness, people that feel this, must have bad shocks or something. Mine is better and no negatives.
I love it!

Now I've heard that the LCA's with double rod-ends create a LOT of noise compared to the factory LCA's, did you have those as well at the same time???

I went rod/poly for the LCA's, i couldn't notice an increase in road noise, but my road noise level is already kinda high due to the TQ. arm. I have the umi rod/rod phr, I switched from an adj. poly/poly BMR, well worth it.

First off, all rod-ends are NOT created equal. Secondly the amount of noise you get from good rod-ends is somewhere between none and very little. Cheap ones rattle like mad and always much worse.

I don't tend to put half-assed parts on. I'd always use a double-rod ended PHB personally no matter what the use since they deflect the least.
