Default Which is cheaper?

Just curious... which tranny is it cheaper to hit 425whp-450whp, N/A (H/C/I packages, etc) with?
A4 or M6?

M6, since they have less driveline loss.

M6 will hold up to 450 rwtq stock. Your rear end will break around there though. Less drivetrain loss with the M6 obviously. You will just want to upgrade the clutch, whereas with an auto you will need 3500-4000 stall converter, tranny cooler, shift kit, etc. Not sure how the autos handle 450 rwtq either?
