Default How to maximize power out of my 422ci hydraulic?

Im looking to maximize the power out of my 422ci that is currently being built. I have alread bought QTP headers WITH High Velocity Merge Collectors. Also, I chose LS6 Heads. Now im looking at the TPIS 1200cfm TB from tbryne.

Do you think I can come close to 500rwhp?

Are the LS6 heads fully ported (stage 3)? What cam are you running?

The cam will be 244/254 .585 114 I believe. Yes im paying an extra 300 to have them go back through by hand on the heads.

Sure, that is a pretty good sized cam & the big bore will like the stage 3 LS6ers. LT selection sounds good. Definately go with a ported TB or bigger diameter TB. Have you thought about an intake? There are not any mass produced custom ones yet, but ARE just got some good numbers out of one of theirs. If not it may be worth it for you to go with the Holley/Weiand/LPE alum. intake and port match it to your heads. Probably worth buying the bigger TSP lid for your setup. You can always dyno with open headers & short belt if you dont hit 500
