Default Help with EGR PID

Well I wired up my LC1 wideband to the brown wire of the EGR (#55) and Ive been reading and messing around for days now, and Ive been unsucessful in creating a proper .cfg for viewing my wideband via HPTuners (since I dont have EOI)

Anyone who has done it, able to send me a .cfg with the afr and afr% error already in it so I can move on and start tunning. Much appreciated.

PS. I have ENABLED my EGR in the VCM editor. Just the logging tells me its unsupported.

Why the egr
You need the EIO box.If you choose not to
use the EIO you need more hardware from Inovative.

Ive seen several threads where people use the EGR wiring and log it in HPT to simulate AFR.

Thus the EIO not being needed, etc.

use your logworks to change it to 1 volt = 10 afr and 5V = 20.00 afr on the output you used. use these pids
([PID.7101]/.625)+10 for afr
100*((([PID.7101]/.625)+10) -[SENS.121])/[SENS.121] for afr error
sensor will be air fuel ratio units afr and for afr error use sensor air fuel ratio and units %
PID.7101 is for ac pressure egr is PID.2810 and 2811 so you can just switch between those 2. also to log afr and afr error you also need to log egr position V, air fuel ratio hi res then your afr and error. also what i noticed that made it work on the histogram is to go to the one labled ve wideband o2 and click on settings then enter your made up pid where is says PID:, then do the same for ve afr error but there enter you wb error pid then you can also do the same for ve maf afr error

Bringing this back from the dead for some feedback in case someone else has this problem. Banged my head against the wall for a while myself with this problem. After a while I realized I wasn't logging the EGR Position (V) in my Main Table display. Open your main table, right-click and select Insert. Afterwards navigate to PID List / Engine / Emmissions and then add EGR Position (V). You shouldn't receive the Unsupported Parameter error any longer.
